Finding a job is extremely hard considereing the decline in the private sector. It just lost 22,000 jobs in January alone. Time are real tough and sluggish. I guess it all depends on how big your business is. I think staying small as a business is smart and efficient because you can control the outcome of employers, profit, and costs. Being a huge business is a risk these days and jobs are being slayed by the second. There was a saying time is money but you can't follow that to well these days. Its rough out there.
